Crafted from Mexican denim dyed with organic Indigo and adorned with hand embroidery by the women of Tenancingo and Temoaya, this jacket pays homage to Mujer de Chupícuaro [approx. 300-100 BCE], a symbol of Chichimeca culture. Stolen from Mexico and auctioned for €13,750 at Christie's Paris.

Made from Mexican denim, dyed with endemic organic indigo, and hand-embroidered by women from the lands of Tenancingo and Temoaya. This garment is a tribute to the Woman of Chupícuaro [approx. 300-100 BC], a symbol of the Chichimeca cultural heritage, which was sold at Christie's auction house in Paris for €13,750.
